1. The buyers choose the model they want to buy, give us model No., including color, quantity of each model, and destination of the products send to.
2. We will make a proforma invoice according the buyer's confirmed order.
3. Pay for the order according proforma invoice. Proforma invoice will be including the price, shipping cost and bank information etc.
4. As soon as payment received, we will get the ordered products prepared, and arrange shipping (Usually 1-2 days, according order quantity.)
5. Shipping usually by DHL, UPS or EMS (as negotiated)

1. Delivery Time: 1-3days (Depend on order quantity. For samples usually 1 day after payment received.)
2. Shipping Way: UPS / DHL / EMS / TNT / HK Post / China Post, ect.
3. Date Arrival: Usually 3-5 days by UPS (Depend on Area. Different countries different time.)
4. Value on the shipping invoice will be $25-$35/pc (except special requirement).
5.Declaration for custom, We will declare it as ''Sample'' or ''gift'', to help the buyer to avoid tax.
6. If your address is remote area, please tell us before you pay for it, as the freight is different.
7. Please do remember to check the package before you sign. If the quantity is not right or something lost, please refuse to accept the package and don't sign.

1.All of our items are provided 1 year of Warranty ( man-made damaged or misused damaged is exclused)
2.In case of DOA (Dead on Arrival), please report within 3 days and return the item within 7 days after the item arrival. (The arrival date is referred to the post office information). After we receive the return item under the original condition, we will send a replacement to buyer.
3.If the item need to repair, buyer need to send back the item to us by POST or EMS. We will send back the item after the repair.
4.Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Other way such as DHL/UPS, please confirm with us before sending.
DHL or UPS may cause problems during customs and will cause a lot custom tax.
